About us

The Hookup Guys used to perform delivery services for all The Good Guys stores in south east QLD as Keenan's Transport. With a great team and a fleet of trucks, we delivered over 1000 appliances to customer's homes each week. We performed drop offs, and basic installations as contracted, but there was an obvious need from our customers to have a more comprehensive, professional installation. Our customers needed a more professional service, more experience and more understanding than what a standard store delivery service could offer.

The Hookup Guys was born out of an opportunity to assist customers with this need.

We now specialise in installation of TV and audio equipment, configuration and the provision of tutorials. We listen and try to solve problems every day.

We don't franchise, we don't sub-contract our customer's work out. We control our schedules, our staff, and have complete ownership of our work. We listen to their needs, offer our best solutions and get it done on the day we say we will. We guarantee all our work. We're here for the long game.
